CENTURY 21  Capital GOLD traces its history back to 1987 when Mr. Gene Brockmeyer opened Century 21 Brockmeyer & Associates at 5841 Karric Square Drive in Dublin, Ohio. In 1991 Mr. Brockmeyer recruited Mr. Dean Gouty to join his team. Mr. Gouty immediately made an impact working with first-time homebuyers, builders, and learning how to work with lenders and service companies to market and manage lender owned properties. Mr. Gouty proceeded to earn Century 21's most prestigious, highest, and most coveted sales award for seven consecutive years. Upon Mr. Brockmeyer's retirement in 1999, Mr. Gouty purchased the company becoming its owner and principal broker. Mr. Gouty operated the company in the Dublin location until moving it to its current location of 4227 Avery Road, Hilliard, Ohio in March of 2009.
